Leadership opportunities are promoted for students throughout the school at every level, from "Class Helpers" in Foundation to House Captains, for Junior and Senior School and School Captains in Year 6.

This group of Year 6 students are chosen to represent our school as School Captains, House Captains, LOTE Captains, ICT Captains and Arts Captains. They are excellent role models for other students who hold responsibility areas across the school and are outstanding Ambassadors for Wheelers Hill Primary School. 

In Year 5, students participate in a series of leadership workshops aimed at building communication and leadership skills including teaching communication skills.
